Paris Block. The project is located approximately 200 feet from the new SFU and Woodward's development, as well as Concord Pacific's Smart Living. Although the area is a little on the rough side at present, with the impact of the above mentioned projects, the potential for growth, in my opinion, is greater here than in any other area of Downtown, Vancouver.
At present I don't have all the information to give you concerning prices etc. However, the Salient Group is putting the finishing touches on the presentation centre (12 Water Street), which will be opening on Saturday, April 14th, 2007 at 12 noon, at which time you may preview an entire suite, showcasing some of the key design features of the building, along with full sets of plans, and details on all the unique and exciting components of the Paris Block. I will be there at 1:00 and if you can make it down, I will see you there. If not I will email you all the details when I have them. The Sales Event is tentatively scheduled for April 26, 2007.
